Grief and Trauma Coaching

Trauma challenges our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. In grief we struggle with the loss of connection or attachment. Some symptoms of trauma and grief are:

Emotionally it can create:

  • Moodiness
  • Irritability
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Depression
  • Unhappiness
  • Sense of loneliness

Safety and action steps

We must first acknowledge the loss

We sometimes look to alcohol or drugs to numb the pain. We must first acknowledge the loss in order to successfully promote the healing process.

As your Life Coach, I will provide the safety and action steps that help you move beyond the pain caused by your loss. In order to move on, we have to authentically participate with the process of bereavement. Bereavement is the period of grief and mourning after a death. Then, together we will find closure, and a level of understanding and acceptance of your trauma and grief. Once we achieve this and are in a safe place, we will move forward into a place of healing and dealing, so that we can get you back into living the inner you. I will be with you in a gentle, caring and empathetic manner and together, we will learn to let go and move on.
